ABOUT

I am a hard working Graphic Communication Designer and would absolutely love to one day work for a business where I could become their UX/UI designer, and hopefully one day be privileged enough to bee a User Experience Director, Marketing Manager, Creative Director, or any other job title I could be competent for in the future. I am willing to take on every opportunity that comes my way. My personal values include maintaining a strong positive attitude, self-confidence, and adaptability. I am not shy and practice interpersonal skills.

My Personal Interests would be painting, and digital painting. I sang choir for 5 years which shows that I am a good team worker and don't give up until I achieve my goal. Tennis keeps me active and it is a good stress reliever. I love trying new things. I own a Hoodie & T-shirt business on the side, where I like to express my dramatic art style. Owning my own business helps to teach me leadership skills. I've learned to cope with loss and it helps to expand my knowledge on what attracts people.

Brand purpose: The purpose of the brand is to show employers that I stand out from my competitors. ‘Graphic Dramatic’ is committed to always adhere to their full potential.  With initial glance, employers should see that I demonstrate a genuine desire for positive social impact.

Brand personality: Dramatic, Exiting, Competence, Sincerity. The work that I deliver will never be boring or outdated. Everything I do is considerable and striking. The brand personality shines through what the flamingo stands for;

  1. Flamingos are highly social animals – Which shows that I will ensure good relationships and make social media my priority.

  2. Flamingos stand tall – I keep the company name high of the business I work with.

  3. Flamingos stay with one partner for the rest of their lives – I am dedicated to my job, and make sure to stay competent.

  4. Flamingos are pink – Pink symbolizes putting the needs of others before your own. It also suggests friendliness and approachability, as well as stimulates happiness and energy.

  • Achieve and maintain fast and outstanding services.

  • To gain enough skills and experience to land a job in one of the bigger companies within 1 year after graduating with honors.

  • Qualified Graphic Communication Designer.

  • I was a finalist in the 2020 Assegai Integrated Marketing Awards.

  • I’ve made logos for 2 small businesses, as well as their email signature and business cards. The businesses are called: “Petit”, and “Harvest Time Coaching”

  • I’ve rebranded a small African business called “African Ponchos”, and the business owner still uses my logo today.

  • I have my own Hoodie and T-shirt business on the side, where I like to express my dramatic digital art style. This has helped me with a lot of business and leadership knowledge.

  • I am bilingual. I speak, read and write fluently in the languages Afrikaans and English.

  • I take lessons for learning Sign language.

  • I am loyal, hardworking, and honest.
